9600 problem

    Firstly Thanks for reading my post. I want to flash my Video Card bios but i don't know how to do it.
    I have a PowerColor 9600 pro Ez 256mb which isn't great. I read on this forum that you could flash bios so how can i do it and with what bios i can flash it. By the way i have a RV350 Chip and Memory bus 128 bit and 400/400 core and memory Clock.

    well I would say unless your sure the RAM can handle 600Mhz(300x2) its prolly not gonna flash to an XT without being very messy. All depends on what PowerColor put in there Best bet would be to check some reviews on it and see what kinda OC results they got from them and base it on that. I would say 9600Pro is not to shabby at 400/400 but I know the core could easily do 450 tho as I said the RAM(mem) depends on what Powercolor used
    I also see you have it OC'd to 450/225 lets just say you have the same Memory as my 9600AIW(Samsung 5.0ns) I know its max is 250. Now its a Pro so it prolly got better overhead that 200 that its set to at stock but again check the RAM physically and look it up here in the site and you may see it its possible to take it much higher than 225
