Its a Palit 9800 pro running at 380/250.

I just wonder, if they changed some mem settings in the bios to
prevent overclocking or is it really the slowest available memory at all ?!

    ati tool 24b

    Here are the mem settings:

    3, 3, 3, 10, 4, 1, CL+3, 2, TRW, 2, 1.0,
    0x32, 3, 0 ,WR, 0x1E, 17

    Pls help.

    ummm...

unfortunatly...me and you haven't really hit the goldmine of overclockable ati cards......you can only really look forward to a 20 to 25percent increase in speed....if that.....first off, what kind of cooling are you planning on using..?

    well then..

you get better results than i have...if you r also cooling you rmemory that is....with my ati radeon brand 9800 pro all-in-wonder...i am achieving speeds of up too 405 core...to 720 memory...you of course having watercooling...can probably go a bit higher on the gpu clock...i have not heard of anybody doing much better with the memory, even with water cooling....just use the ati tool...and ati tray tools, compare results....find the max between both clockers...and then just to be safe...drop it down a tad, and there you go........now...one thing that you may want to try(i haven't because i'm too lazy, and afraid of @$#%!$@% something up...you could volt-mod it....?...anyway..any more questions???
