Mods:
No mods, just plain retail hardware full of power out of the box for this nice game demolishing system.

Im noy sure if you can. It came with the card when i bought it. I actually built this pc for a friend who wanted something nice and decent.

All XFX cards I have seen have those rails on, but they do nothing, really, except prevent twisting.
