A few questions about BIOS Flashing

OK, first off, I'm new, so hi. Now let's go on.

Anyways, I have a few questions about BIOS Flashing a video card:

Is it possible to BIOS flash with different manufacturers? For example, flashing a Zotac AMP Bios for a GTX 560 (Non-Ti) on a stock EVGA GTX 560.

What are the requirements for BIOS Flashing? For example, if I wanted to flash my XFX 6870 stock to the same clocks and BIOS of a Black Edition, would it work?

What are the risks? Is it possible to revert back to your original BIOS in case it doesn't work? Would BIOS flashing permanently hurt your card if something goes wrong?

If there is a BIOS that has overclocks, (Like the Zotac AMP GTX 560 BIOS), would it be stable/work for stock clock cards? (EVGA stock GTX 560)

Is BIOS Flashing easy? Like how hard is it to flash a BIOS?

Is it possible to BIOS flash cards with different PCBs/fans? For example Flashing a stock SAPPHIRE 6950 to the BIOS of a 6950 Toxic? (6970 PCB)?

A lot of questions, just curious. All for now. Thanks for any help in advanced. :)
