    Hi.

This must be the dumbest question but I really wanna know...

When you W1zz make a review of something, can you keep the HW (when a company lends you an engeniering sample for example), also in the case you can keep it, can you sell it?

THX in advance for not laughing.

In Sweden it's like you "borrow" the item but without a set time limit with this sort of stuff. Sometimes they can make random checks and see if you still got the item to return or you sold it or something, and thats illiegal. :p

    CH@NO and AlienIsGOD say thanks.

I'm sure W1zz has posted a few photo's somewhere here of the boxes and boxes of hardware he is sent for reviews that he still holds on to, you never know when it might be the right time to re-bench something under different conditions, new drivers perhaps.

I remember one photo vividly, a box just chockers with high end dual slot vga cards :)

whether the sample goes back or not depends on the company.

i have no problem sending stuff back as long as i can keep one card for rebenching (which i'm doing right now. 5 days of non-stop benching so far and not even done with nvidia)

no problem sharing the coke, hookers will be decided on a case by case basis

It's ALOT of work. Free stuff might seem nice, but really, it's far from free. W1zz said 5 days of benching...not like he's running LN2 or anything...not benching for WR for fun...I bet there's far better things he could do with 5 days of time...like recover from the coke binge, and see the docs after playing with hookers.......

Don't let him fool you. W1zz sits in a lounge chair by his pool with his main squeeze while the hookers do the benchmark tests.

You guys have me rolling on the floor over here. But what is this obsession with Coca-Cola? I prefer Sprite myself. :wtf: But hookers are always fun. :pimp:

I remember the photo of the box that Wolf is referring too. Epic Hardware Box. :rockout: Wish I could find that pic again. :(
