Ruling out things is necessary. Start with as few components as possible. Go back to stock it you are OC'ed (if you haven't already). Start with memtest and make sure that's fine. The check your power reading and make sure you voltages aren't failing on your PSU. You can do this fairly easily with OCCT and letting it crunch for an hour or so. If everything seems fine, start adding stuff in one at a time and repeat. Do everything one at a time until you add something and it doesn't work right. That will probably point to your issue, unless it's a combination of things.
