Well if those 2 are the ones I had to choose from I would go for the Sabertooth Mark 2. The price difference is not that big.

I have a Sabertooth X58 and can say the rugged build isn't just marketing. Mine took a nasty scratch on the bottom of it's mobo that was pretty deep and nearly exposed copper traces. I'm pretty confident that it's coating they use on it to reach mill-spec or whatever is the only reason it still runs (and runs like a champ!)
