After market cooling for 9600gso

I have a XFX 9600gso that runs the fan at 100% all of the time. No way to change it in RT. Anyone know of a cheap after market cooler that works with this card. It's for a crunching/folding machine, so I really don't want to put much into it.

I have the same card and a VF900 dosen't cool it very well, if they still sold battle axes I would say get one of those cause they were cheap but everywhere has jacked up prices now, A vF700 might work but it will be hot
