Those cards are not worth buying for your system, you would benefit from a ATI X700 or above or a 6600GT or above card for the games you play.

going from a ati 7000 to a 7500 or 9000 isnt going to be a FPS boost, you may see about 5-10 FPS difference. A good DDR3 AGP card is what you need to at least play at high frame rate.

I have an extra AGP MX4000. $10 shipped non-cc paypal

    This model: http://www.xpcgear.com/mx4000t64.html

Only difference is that mine has an updated heatsink.

It is on par with a radeon 8500 last time I checked.

    ____________________________________________

I also have a radeon X1300 that handles HD video(with a P4 socket 478) along with the latest drivers pretty well. Even Hulu runs fine with 10.1 flash gpu acceleration. $20 shipped non-CC paypal

That is a offer better than mine for gaming. Can't that handle basic Source games?

I will be in Dallas during Thanksgiving (about a month off). I have plenty of spare AGP cards and would be willing to part with one. If you can wait till then, I have no problems giving you one.

I have an ATI 9200 AGP which has been faithful to me for awhile... but now lays unused since her mean uncle 5770 showed up. Hit up my FS thread for details!
