It says PWM in the name, which means if plugged into a 4 pin PWM slot for a cpu fan it will adjust fan speed accordingly.

how do you have it connected? to 4 pin mobo header? to a 4 pin to molex adapter?
where is the fan located?

as far as i know if the fan its plugged to motherboard's 4 pin header you can manage speed @ your bios, if its connected to a molex adapter I would spin at full speed, …

If connected to your mobo it will speed up as your cpu gets hotter. Yes automatically.

Sorry for the late answer. I have be quiet pure rock and i buy this fan and i`ll put it on the radiator and will be connected in 4pin cpu_fan in motherboard. I was thinking who fans to buy the quiet edition or high performance and decide to get high performance. The stock cooler on be quiet pure rock have rpm 1500 and i take a high performance with 2350 maybe it`s little more .. what are you think ?

The AF series of fans from Corsair are case fans, not meant for radiator service. You want the SP series. oops Are you having problems keeping your CPU cool?

Hi, no i don`t have problem with temperatures, but i just don`t like the be quiet fan. I like only the heatsink and i decide to buy a new fan that i like it. I buy a SP120 high performance for better cooling. What are you think will be good for airflow in the cpu radiator and at all. My case is corsair 760t.

Those two statements don't add up. Are you after better cooling or less noise? Please fill in your system specs.

I`ll fill my specs.
Yes i don`t have problem with temperature, but i want more performance and less noise (if it`s compatible - performance and noise), but i think the high performance fan can confuse the airflow, because now i have stock fans AF140L(intake) with around 1200rpm and in the heatsink with the SP120 have 2350rpm and AF140L(exhausts) fan.

If you're trying to keep the noise down, you should have gone with the quiet edition SP120's.

Yes probably, but i was thinking they are PMW fans and if i buy a high performance edition they don`t spin all the at full speed and gotta be quiet.

^ PWM will make your fans speed up when needed, quiet or performance. The difference is in the max speed - 2340 vs. 1450 RPM.
