Yeah, I think that story you quoted before was just the ramblings of a disgruntled employee. It is a good game as it stands and with some good patching, could become a great game.
I'm not disappointed that it has no DLCs. I have yet to see a DLC that is worth the asking price. It's better they focus on an expansion or a sequel.
