Hello. I want to build a computer to learn AutoCAD, MasterCam and Solidworks programs. I looked at their official websites and researched the articles and videos of people like me who use them for learning and teaching purposes, not professionally.
16 GB of RAM is sufficient
Graphics card RTX 3050/3060 8 GB
Processor Intel® or AMD 64-bit processor, 2.4 GHz or faster. These two processors are suitable for my budget: i5-13600K and i7-14700K, I cannot go above i7-14700K. (a teacher said in the video that it is better to choose H over U and H processors, but I have not encountered such a thing with processors)
SSD Hard Disk, not mechanical.
Regarding the budget, in the country I live in, I have to pay a high tax for orders of $300+ from abroad, so only the i5-13600K+RTX 3050 covers 50 percent of the budget, and the i7-14700K+RTX 3060 covers 70 percent.
I'm sure it's clear from what I wrote that I have no experience in this regard. I'm waiting for your advice on setting up the system.

Ok.. looking at your post, I thew together a quick reference build. Since your just starting out, dont spend a large amount of money on something your trying to learn, until you get to a point were you actually need the power behind what you are doing.

I picked the 12600k, for more cores to process the work, but you can upgrade it to a 14700k or higher at a later date. As for the graphics card, I picked the 6600 simply because its a newer card with 8gb of vram, this too can be upgraded later, if you find yourself needed more memory. Everything else is (memory, power supply, case) are upto what you really want for those items.

For a purely budget build. So that you can load everything and tinker with it. You dont need much.
