actully at stock speeds AMD tend to offer best bang for buck. The x2 4200 is priced agianst the e2140 which at stock compares closer to an x2 3600 and with dual core sempy on the way AMD will have the budger market in there pocket, and this is where the money is. Remember OEM's only care about stock speed, so best bang for buck @ stock is what matters, if AMD wins this, then Intel is shit outta luck.

wicked, thanks for the info. ill take note of this so my business doesnt order any of the b2 stepping for customers

funny how intel name their processors in a similar fashion, only diff is the names distinguish the multiplier and cache, i believe.

seriously the phenoms are good for those with an amd board it saves us from buying a whole new board maybe new ram and cooler

the new ones wont be that bad i think the new ones will have better support as well
