Fremont, CA - July 12, 2005 - Antec, Inc., the leading manufacturer of computer hardware and accessories for the upgrade and build your own (BYO) markets, has launched VCool, its add-on graphics card cooler designed for all graphics cards currently on the market.

VCool is an extendable three-speed intake fan duct that installs into two expansion slots, providing fresh, cool air to graphics cards. VCool will keep graphics cards 5 to 15 degrees cooler, for improved performance and extended life, and its length is adjustable so users can direct cooling to the area where it's needed most.

Unlike other coolers on the market, VCool brings cool air to the graphics chipset from outside the case, rather than simply re-circulating the warm air inside the case. It also sits beside the VGA card rather than underneath, and works with any graphics card. Additionally, VCool is mounted separately from the graphics card so users can easily change graphics cards
without having to replace the cooler.

VCool's external three-speed switch makes the fan speed easily adjustable, with the highest speed for gamers, medium for regular users and low for quiet computing users. The cooler also includes three blue LED lights for added system illumination.

VCool is currently available for an estimated street price of $19.95 through major retailers, e-tailers and distributors and is backed by Antec's Quality 3-Year Warranty. For additional product information and full technical specifications, please visit http://www.antec.com.
