Any cheapest mATX case with PSU @ bottom?

As shown in topic title, I`m looking for cheapest available on the market mATX case with 1) ability of placing PSU at bottom plus with 2) an option of hiding modular cables.
Was considering about something like Fractal Design Define Mini, but Fractal is not the answer cuz of price.
Spam here, if have any ideas, please.

I have a ASUS Micro ATX, and put it in a Cooler Master HAF 922. It was $89 at newegg, I don't know what your price range is, or how big you want it. 922s are fairly big cases.

I was looking at that when I bought my case, That is a great one; especially for the price.

Its well worth it. The only problem I had was the tinted side panel but NZXT offers a solid clear side panel that you can order separate.

My NZXT Vulcan was $60 and is a uATX case -its looks can be a bit polarizing though. My wife thinks it looks like extreme otaku gear. It's a bit tight, but allows for decent cable management and has the power supply in the bottom.
