Just curious if anyone here collects sneakers?
Ive always owned a bunch of sneakers but recently started buying Tier1 and Tier0 Sneakers. Mainly Nike Dunks and Dunk SB.

it can get expensive =/ I bought 7 pairs of shoes in less then 2 months
You really have to have a taste for the styles. Nike puts out some crazy themed shoes like the Quagmires from Family Guy

I wouldn't say that I collect shoes but I have like 12 pairs right now. Most of them are Nike basketball shoes. Also a pair of black Vans have some black adidas that I used to wear for my old job.

I have 2 pairs of shoes. Really one pair and a pair of boots. My shoes are getting torn up cause I've had them for a while. My boots are like new, they were my dad's and he never wore them. I almost never wear them either, but even in the winter I'm better off with my shoes.

I own six pairs of shoes.

My everyday Nikes, My Sketchers (1 black, 1 brown) for when my wife makes me dress up for when we go somewhere, my basketball refereeing shoes, and 2 pairs for umpiring baseball (one pair for the plate, one for the field.)

I've got more important things to spend my money on than 100 dollar pieces that will sit in my closet and do nothing.

I have 4 pairs at the moment, low top Nike Air Force One (desert camo), mid-top Air Force One (classic white with strap, one of my prick friends got drunk and drew on it with a marker and ruined them :S), Nike Tennis Classics and a pair of Nike which I can't remember the name of, they have straps lol. The only pic I seem to have is of the new ones:

I don't collect them though, I just have more than one pair lol

depends man, I've had some wear the heel wore out, but my osiris's have been lasting me a while mainly because I don't put a lot of pressure on the heel.

back to the subject, why is collecting shoes gay???? I like shoes man, I got 3 pairs of nike's myself, a pair of black circa cx 105's, and 2 pairs of osiris serves planning on getting some DC's in the future and hopefully some Nike high top dunks.

exactly collecting shoes is no different then collecting anything else unless its like a man collecting large black dildos...
The resale value of shoes are quite a bit. Certain Nike Air Jordan's and Dunks double in value within 6months to a yr. I myself wont do it but I have seen people wait outside a shoe store before they open to snatch a pair before the limited quantities run out.

All the women I know have ass loads of shoes. Shoes are a feminine object to me, I guess that's why I feel the way I do about collecting them.
