    Afternoon folks,

Does anyone have any experience with the R7870 Twin Frozr III?

I'm ready to pull the plug on the 7870 and I'm torn between the Sapphire (Dual Fan), Gigabyte (Windforce x3) and MSI (Twin Frozr III) Versions of the card.

There are flawless reviews of the Gigabyte and Sapphire cards, but the MSI 7870 is nowhere to be found on the review sites. I know its gonna manage the cooling, but its the overclocking I'm after.

I would take the one that is cheaper and have a better warranty, i dont think there is much difference between them.

Id go with the MSI. Their Twin Frozr III coolers are excellent. not sure about the dual fan sapphire model though but the Twin Frozr III is tried and tested.

MSI Twin Frozr is a proven cooling solution.. however, as for 7870 there dont seem to be any reviews at the moment..

even newegg.com had just 1 feedback from an owner who says :
"Pros: Got 2 of these running in crossfire and run they do.The cards idle in the high 20's on auto fan @30%. Stressed it in furmark and never hit 60c, my last card ran@50% fan always and stayed in the 38-40 idle range. Was able to remove 4 fans and still saw my overall temps drop. Ran bf3 great, ran dirt 3 great.

Cons: Drivers are not good atm, they are giving me problems."

so, if you can, just wait till one or two reviews spring up online in the coming days.. Its your decision to wait or not, but the TFIII is a good choice no doubt..

or would u like to wait for this one?? > MSI R7870 Hawk:cool:

UPDATE : I found someone at VR-Zone forums who got hold of the TFIII and did some quick analysis
