Right now I have push and pull for my corsair h80, 1 noctua and 1 cougar, but I have to take out my LED cougar fan coz the noctua. Now I want 2 fans on 1 side of the radiator, but the screw is not long enough. I don't know if we have a longer screw so I can attach 2 fan on 1 side. Thanks.

Take one of the smaller ones with you to the hardware store and have them match it for you. On a second note, usually stacking fans offers no real benefit.

Based on what? (not a challenge, just asking)
I was in the Navy and learned about pumps. High pressure pumps use multiple stages - essentially one "pump" feeding another "pump" and so on. I don't get push-pull, but 2 fans stacked, albeit different fans, does. If the first fan was a high volume fan and the second was a high pressure fan, then I'd think it would be beneficial. (the first fan has to have a flow rate greater than the second fan) If you put 2 identical fans together, by definition, the second would not do any work.

Personally have tried it in the past. It is worth a degree or two at best, usually unless the fans are a spot on match, it can even cause a harmonic chopping from the blades passing each other at slightly different RPMs.

Most, if not all actual hardware stores will have plenty of them. I think they're 4mm. As Sneeky said, just bring a screw in with you, know what length you need and they'll get them for you.

I wish I had the time, place, components and patience to experiment with this. I'd try a spacer of some type between the first and second fan to "de-couple" them.
OP, you might have to go with the threaded rod that you see in that :shadedshu: H100 post. (~$600 waste) Just don't thread them too far into the rad.

They actually use 6-32 sized threads, 4mm is very close but slightly too big. you would end up re-tapping the threads using 4mm and 3mm as shown in the video is slightly too small and requires nuts' to hold them in place.

Your best be if your in the US it to go to lowe's and look for 3-32 x 1 1/4 inch machine screws if your just bolting fan to case, they're about 2-3mm too long but the mounting holes are over fins so fully screwing them in wont damage anything.

They are #6-32 x 1¼ for a single 25mm thick fan, (so 2½ should work for double fans). I get mine at the local Home Depot. It took a while to find them, since they weren't in the drawers of specialty screws where I expected to find them; they were above hanging on the pegboards in little bags. I don't remember if they had 2½ but I remember seeing 3", which can be cut shorter. I believe that all Corsair AIO coolers have the same thread size (6-32), and I'm pretty sure all their cases are tapped 6-32 (where fans screw onto the front or HDD cages). They work in my 750D and my 400R...

I would say a plenum chamber would be needed between the two fans for it to work optimally, having one fan push directly on another wouldn't work IMO regardless of the type used.

If you must stack fans, just use the stock small screws that come with the fan, install the first fan, then simply screw the second fan to the frame of the first.

Boom, roasted!
40 fans divided by 2 (they come in two packs) times $28 per pack... $560 in fans alone?! A real watercooling setup would be cheaper and would give better results. (Edit: I realize they've just done that to be funny, but oww my brain!)
