What is this durability witchcraft? I mean it almost makes sense, but it's a bit irritating to just add on a whim...

armor, tools and weapons degrade while being used etc. It's lame because everything degrades super fast. I have to carry around 3 pickaxes every time I make a run because they don't last long at all. Its somewhat realistic, I get why they added it but its just too much as is. Repair costs are expensive enough that most things you just craft new instead of repairing. Even when repairing the item eventually can only be repaired to a certain point and eventually it can't be repaired at all.

I've disabled it. There are enough things to worry about in game and weapons, tools and armor doesn't need to be added to the mix. IMO anyway.

I was blasting bears from my sky tower and my bolt action turned red. Repaired it a bunch of times (for far too much resources), and then it wouldnt repair. By far the stupidest implementation of durability I've ever seen. It's a nice concept, but it just seems like a bad way to go about things. Also pistols just lose all durability way too fast entirely.

i have been playing this game for like 2 days,, the game is super fun, but i hate the idea of people killing each other like they talk not, i mean i'm infront of u i see u and don't kill u that mean i'm typing and talking so u don't have to be a jurk , like there was a guy and i was about to shot him with an arrow to the head directly changed the position and told him i don't want to kill, so he did kill me, !! what a retard, lol..
..

any how so far i didn't make any friend yet, and i found out most people hold at hanger and these area, which is weird, every one stays in the same very spot,

but playing with friends is more fun than playing alone, and i have loged in here special cause u guys sound exciting, and i would love to play with u, .

Nice to see you disable durability (mostly because stuff degrades WAY TOO FAST) and set airdrops to 5 ppl. Can you craft c4 now that it is not modded?

Would be good to have doorshare and maybe a starter kit to be more attractive for random ppl to stay after they join...

Also, thumbs up for 50% craft I think its the ideal time.

EDIT: why do I keep getting dc'ed every time I alt-tab even for 10 sec?

lol Brandon. This was out of my control. My server provider just shut down all US servers. They didn't even give me any warning. They just closed it down and disabled my login. Not very profesional of them at all. They should have told us a week in advance or something. but I figure they didnt because we would have all cancelled and got a partial refund.


If you think you have it rough...me and Lou had loads of stuff, a metal base and were starting to produce c4 (had 10 before the server shut down) We lost everything. Just like everyone.

Him along with three others have private steam accounts. I always worry about people that keep private accounts. makes me wonder what they are hiding. I can't check to see if they have past vac bans and when I asked him to add me as a friend he ignored me and didn't do it. Last night he claimed someone killed him and now he is KOS but I have a feeling it was an excuse.

I'll watch them and if need be ban them.

erocker, if you need a place to put your bag that is a little safer you can drop it in my little wood base. I can't say I won't get raided but since you don't play a ton it might make it easier for you until you get on your feet. You can place your own storage box inside. Up to you. I have a 2x8 base with a small room. This is a temp base just to get started. Took me a few hours to gather the resources to build but its as secure as a little base can be I guess.

wait...all the bases on my server are gone now? Mine is still there. I know there is a bug with foundations with the last big update that foundations disappear but I have not seen this with my own eyes. When did this happen?

okay mine is gone too. I think I know what happened. Will fix now.

Okay its fixed. Sorry about that but all the bases are returned. I took the server off line to update it and the save files for the world were removed. Now that I know that I will update the saves each time. I ran a backup before the update so nothing is lost.

Chalk it up to me learning how the new server provider works.

yesterday i was on rust but with a friend, oh guys this server it is in german,

but seriously people are so damen polite, cause they are so much polite the naked men have had houses and food fast, ! ,, my self even what ever i have split into two, and gived it to the naked man, lol that is so humanity , i wish that would this be in true life, but for sure there is nothing like that in true life, since is everything is i i i , ,,

Even if you have your account private on steam it will still show VAC bans. My first account was vac banned by an asshole when I couldn't do anything about it so I have to live with that but it still has some games on it I still play like CSS and HL2
