AOC Display looks to cash in on the back-to-school shopping season, the company has lined up no less than 10 new widescreen LCD display models for release. This includes displays sized at 18.5-inch, 19-inch, 21.5-inch, 22-inch and 23-inch, with resolutions ranging from 1366 x 760 to 1920 x 1080. Of these, four models use LED backlit for illumination, rest use the more common CCFL. The contrast ratios (dynamic) for these are 60,000:1 for the CCFL-lit ones, and 20,00,000:1 for the LED-lit. Response time values are either 2 ms or 5 ms, and connectivity includes D-Sub and DVI. Some models have special features such as stereo speakers and USB hubs. AOC did not reveal the exact model names or prices yet.

I havent seen AOC as a quality brand.. That because I've never really heard much about them.. Where would they be if you compare it with say... an LG or Samsung.

they usually use the same panels, but have more backlight bleeding/cheaper casings.

they certainly work fine for office use and such, but for people who want great build quality and image quality, its not the best choice.
