AOC rolled out another of its virtually borderless IPS monitors, the d2769Vh. This 27-inch monitor is a slight variation of the d2757Ph announced late last year. Two key differences between the two include MHL (mobile high-definition link) support, and a new round stand base on the d2769Vh. Aside from those, the two are practically identical. Both offer 1920 x 1080 pixels native resolution with 5 ms response time, 1,000:1 static contrast ratio with dynamic mega-contrast, 250 cd/m² maximum brightness, and display inputs that include a D-Sub, and two HDMI. In Denmark, the monitor is expected to be priced at 2,690 DKK (360€), including local taxes.

I think I prefer the sharp corner design of the i2757/d2757. At least there won't be that annoying power brick now that a standard 'kettle' cord is used.

Also does the different stand mean you can't use it like an easel (like you could with the i2757/d2757)?

360 euros for a 1080p monitor. Disgusting. When you can get a korean LG IPS / Samsung PLS 27" for less.
    hellrazor says thanks.

There are legitimate reasons to want to pick your eyes out with a marshmallow stick and this is one of them.

    ugh

27" monitors with only 1080p resolution need to just die already.
