Monster cooler for a monster card. Why even bother to have 2 of these in the first place unless your running a 30" screen.

Dosent have to be exactly the same. If that was the case then there would be no reason to buy their after market cooler.

if you saw what it looks like you would know A/C had zero to do with it all it is is hunks of aluminum with fans on top, and it's not even a very good cooler.

The only thing about worrying me about this cooler is im not sure if it keep the ram as cool as the stock cooler.

Stock cooler also cools the RAM, so if core is cooler, so is the RAM with this. Well backside will be stock, so it'll be the same.
