Proves the idiots in this world. The same idiots who claim that Marketing is completely legit and spurs technological advance and there is no such thing as fraud. Fraud is Fraud no matter how you look at it, and you're just a complete imbecile if you think otherwise. Fraud is not complex, it's very simple.

Customer: "Oh look a chair with 4 legs... nice Handcrafted Cherry Oak Wood Chair with 4 legs, oh and a close up photo of the manufactured date 1810. Hmm $1,387.00 is a bit high, but it's a really nice chair to add to the den or dinning room!"
**Cart, Purchase, Shipped, Received.**
**Opens package.. 3 legs! WTF! %^&(()#$**
**Calls Business CS and/or private individual the item was purchased from.**
Customer: "Hey, I purchased a product from you and it does not have 4 legs as advertised, it's also a different color. Now that I'm looking at the photo again.... it's like an entirely different chair than is in the photo and product description!"
Business CS; "Oh, the chair doesn't actually have 4 legs.. it's an advertised illusion that is does."
Business CS: "One moment please..."
Business CS: "We actually have 50 different types of chairs, new, used and broken. The photo just advertises that we have chairs to sell. You don't get to pick."
Customer: "Really? I selected a specific item and added it to the cart. I liked the chair I chosen, not this! It clearly displayed an Hand Crafted Cherry Oak Wood Chair and it also has four legs in the photo, within the description, and it even states all this info on the purchase receipt. I'm also reviewing your webpage of the product and it confirms all this! The item that I'm looking at is a plastic lawn chair with 3 legs!!!!"
Business CS: "We're deeply sorry and can understand your frustration, but you bought the product."
Customer: "It was stated to have 4 legs on the chair! It's not even what I purchased! Now, how am I suppose to use it?!"
Business CS: "Oh, that's not our problem... I'm sure you can think of an innovative way to make the chair usable!"
**Browsing business webpage for more contact info; Returns to product listing.... 404 page not found.**
Customer: "Hmm, that's interesting... I was just browsing the website for more contact information and just returned to the product listing for the item I purchased and the page is no longer there."
Business CS: "Yeah, I just spoke to the manager and they deleted the page."
Customer: "Pardon me?"
Business CS: "Oh, we checked and we don't actually have the chair your purchased and never had."
Customer: "Lol, you must be putting me on!"
**Refreshes web page. Photo and description of plastic lawn chair with 3 legs displays. !&*%^$&&%**
Customer: "Excuse me.. but I just refreshed the page where I purchased the Hand Crafted Oak Chair and now it displays a plastic chair with 3 legs! .... It also has the same exact product number!"
Business CS: "Okay, are you certain that it's the same product number listed on your receipt?"
Customer: "Yes! I was just on the page and displayed exactly what I had ordered... NOW it shows a plastic chair with 3 legs. It's the same product number!"
Business CS: "Hmmm, let me check with my manager.."
**10 minutes later**
Business CS: "Okay, my manager and I came to this conclusion. You're dumb."
Customer: "What?"
Business CS: "We never had that chair, we also never had a photo as you described... and you purchased a plastic chair. It shows on the page what you bought."
Customer: "That's not the point! You label and sell and item and clearly displayed an Cherry Oak, Hand Crafted Chair which has four legs in the photo as well description, then by FEDERAL LAW you are legally obligated to provide me EXACTLY what is listed and displayed! You cannot opt for something else, you are entirely obligated to refund the money or producet a product exactly as advertised."
Customer: "I also have the shipped receipt and email from your business with identical descriptions for the Oak chair."
Customer: "Yet you send me a plastic lawn chair with 3 legs and it doesn't even seem to have a broken leg... it's just NOT there!"
Business CS: "Again, we're sorry for your frustration. We do not accept returns or refunds."
Business CS: "Oh, obviously you created a fake receipt."
Customer: "lol, how can I create a fake receipt when it was shipped in the box... with your watermarks and as well the receipt in my email with your business information and email headers from your company?!"
Business CS: "Please hold..."

Business CS: "My manager says they found logs that you hacked our server."
Customer: "You're mental."
Business CS: "Also, we're a business and don't have to follow Laws. It's not a rule, because you purchased our product and we make the rules... not the Government!"
