ARK (not the boat, but known for Eternal Darkness)
This time I would like to add some water into the mix. The case was designed for water in mind, since I got it back in 2011, but I have never had the time or money to do it. Well an opportunity came buy and I decided to finish it.
Here is the OCN build log with some more pictures.
Specs are:
Dual Intel Xeon E5-2650 16core/32thread
ASUS Z9PE-D8
8x2gb Crucial Tactical Tracer 1600
Dual MSI HD 7870 Hawk Edition
Crucial M4 64GB OS Drive
Kingston HyperX 120GB Games Drive
10TB of Storage.
Cooler Master Silent Pro Hybrid 850w
Scythe Kaze Fan controller
XSPC EX360 Crossflow
XSPC Single DDC Res
DDC Pump
Phobya 1/2x5/8 Compression Fittings
1/2x5/8 Durelene Tubing
Dual EK Supereme HF CPU Blocks with 2011 kit
Dual EK Supremecy VGA Bridge Editions with Dual Parallel Bridge
3x Cooler Master Blade Master Fans on Rad
1x Scythe Gentle Typhoon AP-15
1x Scythe Gentle Typhoon AP-29
Lutro0 Customs Telilos and Stiffline Sleeving
Bitspower 360 Rad Grill
Lian Li v1200b
Here is a before pic:
Here is the bare bones CPU loop before filling. The Res as been modified a bit. The internal tube has been taken out, and the old fill port has been sealed, with a new fill power drilled and taped at the top.
The pumbing was routed to the angle in the Lian Li case, to make a nice clean entrance. The pump primes very fast, since the outlet is on the top.
This is how it is running right now. I didnt think that I was going to get GPU blocks, but did. Mayhems white with Blue die is the perfect combo.
I still have to re-sleeve the PSU, and finish the loop. Everything should be in this week. Here is how the sleeving is going to go.
Some other shots:
You can see the levels of the res from inside the case.
