asrock mobo

    i have a single core and have moded the v core to get me a higher voltage however i don think this will work wen i get a x2 165 which is wot i intend on doing and i want 3ghz so 1.4 isnt going to cut it so does any1 know about how i can chage my voltage on a dual to 1.55 or higher?

    Wouldn't that be enough?
    I think with 1.55 you will get very far. The 165 runs at 1.3 stock.

    I just ordered a 165 myself do you think it is a bad choice? My board has a max of 1.5
    i think.

    should be ok, its once of teh bestoverclocking x2 and you can hit 3ghz easy with the right setup from wot i have seen, i just think i will need more then 1.4/1.5 should get to 3ghz bu depends on the chip
