Hey guys. New to the forum, and i am looking for some help. I recently built a new budget gaming rig, and am having a bit of trouble with my MOBO. It seems as though no matter what i have to turn the power on, and then hit the reset button for my computer to boot properly. It will also boot properly if i toggle the power supply off then on to boot. I have read some problems about this motherboard and timing of some sort.
I have flashed my bios to ASUS' latest one, and yet the problem still persists.

I had an ANTEC 600w PSU, then moved to a CoolMax CUG 700w both with the same problem.
ASUS is no help because of chinese new year.
