It really depends on the games that you will be playing. That's a weak card. Your option is to play at below native resolution like 1280×800 which is the same aspect ratio or play at native resolutions with low details
Just one more question, is it better to play on 1280x800 with high settings or on native resolution with low details.

Better in terms of what? You need to play around with the settings and see what gives you best graphics with acceptable frame rate

It depends. Set your settings game by game. Some you'll max out and have good framerates, otjers you will have to cut back on tje detail in order to get good frame rates.
So, there is no general setting. Each game has its own that is right for you.

This is pretty subjective. Its going to depend on you. What performance and graphics are best too you, might be different for the next person. You will have to do your own bit of testing to see what you prefer.
