Which one is better

i decide i wanna take out all my old staff like cpu ram and mobo

in my mind i wanna get one mobo from asus z97

ps im tired using gigabyte and my ram is corsair 4gbx2 1600mhz

Depends on what you want. Do you need the higher end board and features or are you find with a stripped down basic model? They both will OC similarly, but the feature-set and probably overall quality are the biggest differences. Only you can decide that though.

You need to figure out what you want from this build and what you want to use your PC for, then choose the board that most closely matches those needs.

Bro i just wanna play game without lag or etc and i didnt care about the OC because i dont know that

currently i have bf4 dmc and medal of honour

but my basic game is ragnarok online

fyi i have gpu asus gtx 670 oc

Good card still, and either board will work perfect in that respect. I really doubt there'd be any difference in gaming stock-for-stock using XMP memory profiles.
