for my hd4670 is work with new ATIflash DOS 3.86,Y CHANGE ALL VOLTAJ,MEMORY,GPU,TEMPERATURE WORK FINE

but y found a problem,not change in RBE-INCREASE OVERDRIVE LIMIT,AFTER RESTART WINDOWS TO BRING IN BLACK SCREEN

3.84 not worck corecly with 6990 (black screen during system boot, when driver detect CG)

3.86 worck fine
