Holy crap... the high range GPUs are the same price as the previous gen! X1950XTX owners! Time to sell and get the Next-gen.

Edit: Hmm, any1 think these scores are a bit low? I beat the 8800GTS & 7950GX2 with just my AMD Sandy + x1900xtx... tho then again the x1900's core and memory were clocked much higher..

Reguarding the possibility of re-using my current watercooling setup on my x1900, like what Alcpone was also saying, I wonder what the heatsink fittings on these cards would be. Id love to re-use my current setup, coz god dammit it took me long enuff and 2 x1900 cards to get it right :banghead:

and that Tyee waterblock wasnt cheap either...

No doubt, I never intended to use this Rig as MY Vista rig it will be my Wifes and basically I will just move it across the room and start over with a new one, hers is a s478 3.2E/2Gig/X800XT/Audigy 2 rig and it will get re-cased/gutted and used as a server/HTPC and added into the network.

So I'm not rushing anything until at least mid year but I have decided to at least use the Zalman Reserator 2 as the base for it. While Im not unhappy with this Asetek setup it has had far too many hassles with the external casing/design that have made it me decide to look elsewhere next time around.
