And here is more relative news!

Copy and paste from the above site.
Video transcoding is one of the most CPU intensive tasks, especially when converting high definition video. ATI has been working on this problem for a while, and has released its ATI Video Converter which can use Stream technology. UVD2 Fast Decode and GPU Scaling will be available for the entire Radeon HD 4000 series of graphics cards. GPU encoding in parallel stages will not be available in 45xx and 43xx cards due to bandwidth limitations, but all other 4000 series cards support it as well.

Can You Please Tell Me Where You Downloaded Avivo Video Converter For Vista 64? I Can Not Find This Software On The Ati Site Or In My Catalist Control Panel (version 9.5).

    Thx

What's really sad is that this has been happening quite a bit on their initial driver releases. The leaving out of partial instructions, not having the right OS version number, etc. I would think these little things would get looked over a few times before they went public.

Either way, good to know its working.

Watching HD was never the issue.... The AVIVO Converter was the issue,The AVIVO converter is a converter that can convert video from one format to another format..like example from .AVI to H.264....The AVIVO Converter is very fast and has nice quality. The AVIVO converter is much faster than CPU conversions.Well anyway the converter is back to being VERY AWESOME!
