Sold by "TECH EXPERTS". It's not uncommon for sellers to mark the price up to something insanely high if it's out of stock. If you reeeallly want to buy one from them, I'm sure they'll find one for you and get it shipped out.

I meant changing the multiplier on a laptop

The only success I have ever had was changing the FSB and that is on older core 2 due based laptops
