Back exhaust fan dying

need some helpful advice i have a Enermax T.B.VEGAS DUO-12cm as a back exhaust fan, it has a fan controller when i went to adjust the fan speed the fan dial broke off. after that it went to 400rpm and when in bf3 the fan shut off bad led lights were still on though so yea i was just wondering if Enermax will cover it under warranty the link is below

one way to find out :).. Just tell them in a way that it was faulty and just came off.
