The part im at just seems to be broken it wont get me grapple to the next ledge.

Its at the second Scarecrow section, look!

Does that everytime i get to that section.
Another time it was letting me grapple through some walls if i just pointed it at a wall sometimes i would just fly through black empty space only a few times tho.

    PC?
if it's on PC then you're doom  the grapple bug is a feature coded by the game devs that would trigger if you're using the pirated version of the game. If you have the original version of the game there is a patch out version 1.1.
    KieranD says thanks.

No, it's pirated. We really cannot offer any help on this.
