Hopefully when someone does it fares better than the BF3 clubhouse.

God, October 29th needs to come fast. I am actually excited for the single player for this one. Could be pretty cool with the Chinese involvement, rather then the strictly Russian conflicts in most other modern shooter FPS as of late.

lol this was the BF4 clubhouse originally. It was changed to the "Discussion thread" because it was "to early" for a clubhouse.....yet some have a clubhouse for games that are being developed on donations and may never finish lol!

Honestly it doesn't matter what you call it. The same people in here will always be the same. Just the nature of the game. Camaraderie and fun.

Yeah and all the clubhouses are that way. They get steered off course, but people always bring it back to the topic.
Shoot the BF3 clubhouse had almost 18,000 posts even with all the Moderating Erocker had to do.
It was painful to see it go :laugh:

I was already told we couldn't have another clubhouse. Is it fair IMO given all the other off topic clubhouses? Not really but these are the rules of TPU and sometimes you gotta take the bad with the good and I REFUSE to point fingers and ruin other peoples fun.

Anyway it doesn't matter what the name of the thread is to be honest, we all still come here.

I have contributed to many off topic posts and I admit that BUT TBH BF3/BF4 clubhouses are my favorite threads here on TPU.

I was drawn to TPU for two reasons, the excellent BF3/BF4 clubhouses and the excellent reviews/tech news. Why won't there be a clubhouse version? whatever that term entails?

Sorry to rain on your parade, but there won't be any platoons until roughly the beginning of 2014. Weird move from DICE, but they are apparently redesigning that stuff from ground up.

Fun beta...really hope DICE re-balances the guns though. By the end, the only kit I was using was the SCAR. I can't imagine how ridiculous it would get with the full range of optical scopes; you would barely be able to move at all without a vehicle in CQ maps.

Yeah the LMG's blew, no matter how many bullets to the faces of infantry they would not go down.

Overall, I didn't get to play much of the beta but felt the weapon and attachment unlocks to be much slower that BF3.
