Bay Trail detection issue

I have tried to use GPU-Z on Bay Trail-M CPUs (N2840 and N2807) but the detection looks incorrect, it shows the following information:

Not just the clock problem, the bay trail-m should be on 22nm technooloy and it also support DirectX 11, is this a detection problem or database problem?
