Hello all

I'm a total beginner with overclocking, so could anyone explain to me how to use atitool? Also, my radeon doesn't have a fan, only a heatsink, and the memory chips don't even have heatsinks at all. However my computer case has an in-built massive fan that cools down every inch of the mobo and cards attached to it. Is it safe to overclock at all? thanks
