    Only thing I can find that meets your specifications.

    You cant really convert it to USD because motherboard prices over there are different.

    The Asus P5NSLI is all I could find that's good too. I believe that Asus boards don't come w/ a BIOS that supports Core 2 Duo, so you have to flash it first. But you have a Pentium D anyway, so shouldn't be a problem.
