Best waterblock for LGA1366?

Question is an in the topic: What is the best LGA1366 compatible waterblock? My XSPC Delta V3 isn't handing a lot of volts through my i7 all too well...

I'm no WC expert, but every time I've looked into this the Apogee XT seems to come out on top.

I had also a XSPC Delta v3 and switch to EK Supreme HF, much lower temps with the EK.
