agreed, i dont think it was malicious, just maybe not 100% open as to why, but hey think of it this way you wouldnt have known about this if it werent for T_ski :p

besides, even if you can't see past this as a possible transgression, t's contributions to TPU far outweigh any negatives, real or perceived...

My intent was never a malicious attempt to screw anyone. If any of you have read the other thread, you'd see not everyone has the means to take BFG up on the offer. I was mearly looking for a deal so I might be able to get a better card for my second build. In no way was I meaning to amass a huge collection of AGP cards to sell off on ebay or something. Besides, I don't think BFG would allow that, and once you turn in a "normal" amount of cards, they'd probably cut you off.

If someone here does have a card that they don't need and don't use, and who doesn't have the means to upgrade their motherboard (and possibly other components to take advantage of this offer), please let me know. As stated in the original post, free + shipping would be ideal. However, that does not mean that is the only option. I would consider others, but keep in mind the cost of the replacement cards.

And if anyone else has any of these old cards laying around and wishes to "donate" them to other users here, they are more than welcome.
