BFG Technologies Introduces the BFG GeForce 6800 GT OC with PCI Express and NVIDIA SLI Multi-GPU Support
Lake Forest, IL - ( December 20 , 2004 )-BFG Technologies , Inc., a leading U.S.-based supplier of award-winning 3D graphics cards and other PC enthusiast products, announced today the BFG GeForce 6800 GT OC PCI-E. This 3D graphics cards is based on the award-winning NVIDIA GeForce 6 Series of Graphics Processing Units (GPU), and features the much anticipated PCI Express bus and NVIDIA SLI technologies.

"NVIDIA has enabled BFG Tech to expand on the award-winning success of the BFG GeForce 6800 GT OC AGP by introducing this PCI Express version," said Scott Herkelman, EVP of Marketing for BFG Technologies, "One of the more exciting aspects of this new card for consumers is they now have the option to link two of these blazing fast cards together utilizing NVIDIA's SLI technology. This will dramatically increase their gaming and system performance to levels previously unseen in single card systems."

The BFG GeForce 6800 GT OC is overclocked out-of-the-box and features a powerful 16-pipe superscalar GPU with 256MB of GDDR3 memory. The BFG GeForce 6800 GT OC PCI-E supports NVIDIA SLI multi-GPU technology in a PCI Express-based, SLI-ready system.

PCI Express
This new bus technology is designed to replace not only the PCI bus for devices such as modem and network cards, but the Advanced Graphics Port (AGP) bus used for desktop graphics cards since 1997. Unlike its parallel predecessor, PCI Express is a serial point-to-point interconnect capable of extremely high-bandwidth transfers, ranging from the 250MB/sec of a bare-bones 1X implementation up to 4GB/sec for the 16X PCI Express link likely to dominate the AGP-replacement market.

NVIDIA SLI (Scalable Link Interface) Multi-GPU Technology
This exciting technology takes advantage of the increased bandwidth of the PCI Express bus architecture, and features intelligent hardware and software solutions that allow multiple graphics cards to efficiently work together in the same system to deliver phenomenal performance.

OC Means Increased Performance at No Extra Cost
All OC designated graphics cards by BFG Tech are overclocked out-of-the-box for extra speed and performance, and are fully supported by BFG Tech's True Lifetime Warranty and 24/7 Technical Support.

Well that's a little scrubby trying to get more posts ;)
Also how is this news? Are there not already loads of basically identical cards out there?
