Just a friendly FYI while browsing the forums... if you care about warranty for that 775 CPU (the one for the heatsink you listed), hang onto it for the $2. When I RMA'd my 775 dual core, Intel required the heatsink. Others have said the same.

Thanks Spanky, but this 775 cooler came from a friend after I gave him a TX3 as a gift. I asked him about it after reading your comment and he said if his chip goes bad he is upgrading. So, Thanks for the advice but no thanks!
