BIOS for NVIDIA GeForce 210 (512 MB)

Hi guys,
I'm new to this forum and this is my first post. I am looking for a BIOS to flash my NVIDIA GeForce 210. I looked in the VGA BIOS Collection but I could not find it. I am using the card right now, but the Mac does not show anything at the startup until it gets to the desktop. One other thing, is there by chance a Mac version of the GPU-Z tool?

Why do you want to flash it? There are honestly very few good reasons to do so, and almost all of them start with flashing the bios in the first place.

I want to flash it, because I want to use it on my Mac Pro 1.1. It works fine on the MAC Pro 1.1, but not at the boot. It does not show anything until the login screen.

It will never work. Bios flashing will be a waste of time.

Wait, thought you couldn't just Willy nilly throw hardware into Macs. It has to be Mac/Apple certified skus.

Isn't the only difference between a Mac card and a PC version of the card the VBIOS? If so, then the OP is right, flashing it will fix his problem.

Finding out is the point of this thread and yeah, where can you get one? I don't have the answer either. :ohwell:

@Optimus I doubt very much that there will be a GPU-Z for the Mac unless the platform becomes way more mainstream, but I'm including @W1zzard in this reply as he can answer you definitively.

Have you tried Cuda-Z for the MAC OS

You might find the right BIOS if you select "Unverified Uploads" in the first search dropdown
