It's probably clogged with dust inside. Need to service it.
I worked on a laptop last night same issue, opened it up and heatsink was caked with dust.
Yeah i had to do my Dell 1764 a few weeks ago. A can of air works but the dust clogs other places( due to the vents don't allow dust to leave ) up so might need taking apart and if you had a engineer work on it since you had it you might want to reapply the paste as when the guy did mine it went frigging every were with not a single care in the world.
Good news is that the Dell website should have the manuals and how to for talking it apart.
