Breaking a File?

    i have a 1.24Gb .exe its a game....id like to put it on a disk can anyone tell me how to break a file in to peices? also this is the most important part since its a program is their a way i could set it up so it askes for disk 2?

    well i know you can winrar the file into different archives. all you have to do is rar it (i dont personally know how) into the smaller files and then put the files on discs. once u burn the disk copy all files to the pc and unrar.

    yes!!! i got it and thank you kenney ill post screen shots later because you know what teachers say if you have a ? at least 2-3 others have the same one so ill tell you how.

    go to said file
    right click and click add to archive
    at the bottom left their is a button that says split to volumes/bytes
    click the arrow and select what you whant "Floppy" "650mb cd" "700mb cd" "automanage" select one and hit ok and off you go it is splitting it for you then the following steps are exactly as kenney said unzip both in the same place and they merge.
