Bsod

    Sold a C2D and now there saying there getting Blue Screens

    Im going to research this later but I want to see what you guys come up with

    7 64 bit
    ECS G41T-M7
    C2D E7300
    GSkill Ripjaws 4Gb 1333
    Rosewill Green 430W PSU
    Seagate 7200,3 160GB IDE

    The PSU I pulled out of my HDPC that had been running for 1 year without issue

    My intuition is bad memory. I've found that RAM fails more than anything else. And running Memtest is fast and simple :)

    I ran Memtest for 1 hr awhile back on this memory in another system. I believe the BIOS is the latest but I could be wrong on that. It ran fine when I had it so I was thinking is was related to some 32 bit print drive they installed

    Is referring to the graphic card/driver failing.

    Tell them to make a CLEAN driver installation of the driver.

    Im just trying to narrow it down as much as posible. I wont have it for long if they even bring it back at all.

    BCCODE: 116 says Graphics issue
    Product: 256_1 says hardware incompatibility, a faulty device driver or system service, or some software issues.

    I'd check the video driver...
