And well it is giving 4 long beeps and not posting anything, there are other threads about the with this mobo and i am wondering what it could possibly be, thanks in advance.

thats what i originally thought but I have tried to use one stick for boot and both sticks gave me this same error beep log. I have have also stripped this rig of everything to the basic MoBo, CPU (of course), ram to try to boot at least to the BOIS but still nothing.

Have you checked the manual for DIMM placement? Sometimes that can be the cause aswell, I had a i7 motherboard that would only post if the DIMMs where in specific slots if not all DIMM banks where filled.

I have checked the manual and Have had no luck, it says to fill the DIMM slots 1 and 2, I have, the only thinkng i can think of is to replace the RAM. So I may do that Tuesday, it depends of the amount of money i have left.

I talk to a local tech, yet another buddie, I love micro center. And he told me that he believes that the 1st DIMM slot went out, So I tried the 2nd slot and I got a post and no more beeps, So time to submit an RMA request.
