I don't have a desktop right now. So this is pretty much a new build.

You can get a 270X for about the same price and it's about 30% faster and has 2 GB of RAM. review (and it's quiet too)

I would suggest swapping the single stick of Ram for two x 4GB sticks, to run memory in Dual Channel mode.

What is your budget? I don't see a HDD / SSD there and a case. Do you plan to overclock? And do you have to buy from Amazon?

Same price much better parts in my opinion. Better invest for better CPU and GPU than board if you dont plan to overclock.

than 8gb single ram you may take 2x4gb so you can take the advantage of dual channel

Dual channel is not that big of a deal. Maybe the OP is thinking about adding a second 8 GB stick latter? (6-9 months from now)

PSu is Pretty fine...
as other said about the card, some differences like capacitors, higher clocks, better HS,

Intel Pentium Processor G3258 with a little overclock, this will run the same as i3-4160, this will save you atleast 50-60 dollars that you could put toward your Graphic cards

This is a 430 wat powersully, it is only 40 dollars, plus 20 dollars rebate, now it is only 20 dollars. This save you another 30 dollars that you can put in your Graphic cards

also if in certain future you have more money you can upgrade your processor, that motherboard will fit any 4th gen processor on haswell plataform,
