Buying USB OS

So my next rig won't have a optical drive. Is there anywhere one can buy 8.1 on a drive?

Just download the ISO and use this to put it on a flash drive yourself. Despite its name, it works with Windows 8/8.1 ISOs the same way it works with Windows 7 ISOs.

I should add:

IF you buy digital copy, it will set itself up on USB drives, too. Just gotta follow the right steps.

i recently updated my guide here on the forums to make bootable USB OS installers.

I use my triple OS flash drive so often, massive time saver.

When I bought 8.1 from Microsoft Store, I had the option to download ISO or USB....
