    EA gaming classics released as freeware!

    Red Alert, Tiberian Dawn and Tiberian Sun

    I've never played them and they look quite good. :)

    EDIT: Turns out I wasn't first to post about this - Polarman was, so the thread has been merged. Just so everyone knows I wasn't trying to upstage him and I do know about forum etiquette. It's another case of looking at the threads before posting and not seeing it. lol :laugh:

    downloaded both Red alert games took only5-6min. for 1gb downloading at 2.4Mb/s

    Awesome of EA to do this - wish they would've released Dune II and Dune2000 along with it . . .

    Unbelievably, though, I still have the original C&C, C&C:Red Alert and C&C:Tiberian Sun in my desk, still with the original, massive boxes :p

    i still got my red alert 2 just no cd key's :( wish they would make that freeware download.
